Yes, the Windows To Go, Linux To Go, and Multi-Boot To Go boot drives will all three work with host computers that have USB 2.0 ports.  All three To Go devices are natively USB 3.0 and are backward compatible to USB 2.0.  However, the To Go drives will perform considerably slower on a USB 2.0 ports due to the slower transfer speeds of USB 2.0 (480Mb/s) compared to USB 3.0 (5Gb/s), which is a little more than 10 times faster.
