Fill out the form below to initiate the return process. The form allows for up to five (5) different products to be submitted at one time. If you have more than five items to return, please email support at custserv@infosecservice.com.

RMA Terms and Conditions

  1. Information Security Service is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please INSURE and obtain a TRACKING number as a safeguard. Information Security Service also recommends that you utilize a padded envelope when shipping your package to avoid damage to your product.
  2. Information Security Service ships via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS Priority Mail for all replacements.
  3. P.O. Box addresses are NOT accepted for RMA returns. You must provide us with a physical address to continue with the RMA Process. If a P.O. Box is used, Information Security Service will not be responsible for lost packages.
  4. Information Security Service is not responsible for packages with missing contents. Information Security Service will inform you if a package is received without its contents. You will need to contact the shipper regarding any disputes while the package is in transit.
  5. Information Security Service will repair or replace your returned unit with another unit that is tested and verified to be in new or refurbished condition. You may not receive the original unit back.
  6. Units returned will be subject to warranty limitations, including the requirement that all returns be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  7. Information Security Service will ship out a product with equal to or greater capacity and/or speed rating if an identical product is not available.
  8. Information Security Service ‘s sole liability, and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defect(s) shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question.
  9. If a product fails under the terms of its warranty, Information Security Service will inspect the product and at its option, repair or replace the product.
  10. Customer bears the cost of sending the defective unit(s) to Information Security Service, and Information Security Service bears the cost of shipping the replacement unit to customer.
  11. Damages, defects or missing products must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the replaced unit(s).
  12. Information Security Service will not replace products that fall within the retailer’s warranty period.
  13. Information Security Service does not offer refunds, exchanges, credits or upgrades on software or opened merchandise.
  14. All custom orders are final.
  15. Unopened/unused merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase, in the original packaging, with a valid proof of purchase and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  16. International customers are responsible for custom charges including, but not limited to, brokerage, taxes, duties and other fees.
  17. Replacements are processed upon product availability.
  18. Information Security Service shall NOT be liable under ANY circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data.
  19. Any personal data should be removed before returning products to Information Security Service. Information Security Service is not liable for loss or misuse of any personal data stored on returned products.
